"I let go to make room for more peace and happiness." Corrie Bacasa, owner of The Simple Yoga Life, has studied human behaviors for over 20 years with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, master's in Education, Yoga Alliance 500hr RYT and 100hr meditation teacher. The Simple Yoga Life came to her over three years ago when she discovered self-love through yoga and meditation. In her words, "It gave me the courage to stand on my own two feet and be a healthy role model for myself and my beautiful daughters by choosing happiness." She went on a mission to simplify her life by reducing the materials objects, relationships, mental clutter, time spent, and emotional baggage that was no longer serving a purpose in her life.
