Tess is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a certified breathwork instructor through Loka Yoga School. Today Tess and Katie share their own story dealing with anxiety and depression, and how they both found yoga and breathwork to come back home to themselves. We talk about how yoga and breathwork reduce symptoms and ground us back into the body. Tess and Katie also have a workshop coming up to offer a mood boost to the community!
