He's passionate about helping runners find the athlete inside and realize that strength isn't just about running a lot of miles. He also works with those wanting more out of life, those needing a lifestyle renovation. He's experienced autoimmune issues including adrenal fatigue and low thyroid function (Hashimottos). He believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness and lives it out daily himself.
